Dyco has focused heavily on the installation and onsite customer service to put our finished products and equipment and the customer's satisfaction our top priority. Dyco has full time service and customer service managers at our facility to help with any rush or prescheduled service requirements. Dyco employees a fulltime staff of service dedicated technicians that travel to the customers facility and perform onsite Installation & Start-up. Dyco also has Engineers and Programmers that can compliment our Service technicians to customer facilities to perform onsite programming and commissioning. Dyco also offers emergency service work.
