Semi-Auto 1/2 High Palletizer System

The semi-auto ½ high palletizer is typically used to form arrays of containers from small unstable round rounds up to one gallon containers. The containers are conveyed into the machine, isolated into rows, and side pushed into an array. Once the array is formed in the accumulation chamber, the containers are automatically pushed onto a slipsheet that has been placed by an operator. The containers are stabilized and guided on all four sides during the transfer process to ensure the array is maintained and containers do not tip over. Once the array is in position the operator lowers the array one level and places a new slipsheet for the next level. Dyco also offers an optional lift that can be integrated into the system for a complete turnkey solution.
