The model 2030 Semi Auto Bottle Bagger is typically used to bag large square, rectangular and round containers such as Dairy Gallons and industrial round gallons. The containers are conveyed or gravity fed into the machine. Containers are side-indexed into an accumulation chamber. Square and rectangular containers are accumulated in an in-line array and the round containers are nested in a honeycomb pattern. Once the accumulation chamber is filled, the containers are automatically pushed into a plastic bag. The containers are sealed in a plastic bag with a heat-sealing process. The bag insertion process involves an operator manually placing a plastic bag on guides and initiating the sealing process, once the containers are pushed into the bag.
