A Tool Designed to Improve Performance of the Most Advanced Bottle Lines
Easy Handler evolved along with Dyco’s advanced systems to manage bundled bottles. As Dyco’s Packing and De-Bagging equipment increased in capacity to match increasing line speeds, some means to move large numbers of bundles became critical. Easy Handler has accomplished that task, in most instances allowing one operator to manage a line while moving bundles to or from storage.
Because of today’s variety of bundle configurations, Easy Handler is available with different size bottom lift plates (see below). The aluminum cart is strong, lightweight (90 pounds) and maneuverable, functioning well in close areas common in production environments.
No matter how advanced your bottle lines may be, they cannot operate to full efficiency without a consistent flow of bundles to or from them. That makes Easy Handler one of the most important investments you can make.
