Palletizing Robot

The Palletizing Robot is available in ten models ranging in load capacity from 40 KG to 500 KG. Applications include palletizing, depalletizing and order picking. KUKA's user-friendly Pallet Software is easy to configure for mixed or homogenous palletizing. Applications can be pre-tested and analyzed in real time using KUKA's simulation software. Dyco's end of arm tool engineering is flexible to meet the needs of the application.

KR 180-2 PA Robot

It really stacks up: the new KUKA palletizing robot is capable of stacking europallets up to 3 m net height. State-of-the-art materials (carbon fiber composite CRP) make the robot extremely light, without sacrificing high stiffness.

Stainless Steel Robot

KUKA's Stainless Steel Robot (the KR 15 SL) offers a sealed design, free of niches for bacteria to grow. The surface can be cleaned with acids and alkalis; a hygienic suit is not required. The integrated energy supply system also provides interfaces to vision systems.
