Job Role and Description
Dyco is seeking highly motivated individual to lead our Marketing efforts and vision for growth.  Located in Bloomsburg, PA, this individual will be responsible for developing strategies to grow existing and foster new customer relationships while expanding Dyco’s market share in the industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading marketing efforts for business to business sales in specialized industries.  This individual will also possess excellent time management and prioritization skills as they will be working on multiple facets of marketing at any given time.  Candidates should be self-driven to meet or exceed goals while creating and implementing strategies to drive growth.  Dyco is a customer focused company and applicant must have a strong desire to meet customer deadlines and company needs.
 
Responsibilities
  • Identify and research new products and new markets.
    • Identify, Evaluate, Research & Recommend
    • Monitor Current markets
    • Research potential New markets
    • Comparisons Strength/Weakness of our products vs. others.
    • Website research and reporting on opportunities
  • Identify and research Competitors
    • Research new competitors
    • Monitor existing competitors
    • Research competitive products
      • Comparisons strength/weaknesses of our products vs. others
        • Ex. Dyco Tabletop conveyor vs. Competitor Tabletop conveyor
    • Website research and reporting on competition and opportunities
  • Develop new and cultivate existing customer relationships in the plastic container handling and conveyor field.
    • Develop and maintain forms and logs required to manage goals
      • Identify companies representing growth opportunity
      • Identify target contacts
      • Assign and manage goals to resolution
        • Presentations
        • Opportunities/Projects to quote
        • Relationships
  • Create, track and maintain view of customer visits needed to meet goals
    • Corporate Visits
      • Business Development personnel goals
      • Technical Salesman goals
  • Track and maintain Customer Call logs, monitoring completion of calls and goals
    • Categories of calls
    • Number of calls needed to reach goals

  • CRM management
    • Define organization of CRM software fields for competitors
    • Establish/maintain procedures to keep CRM current and meaningful
      • Designed to maintain accurate and current information
      • Designed to for consistency of format
      • Designed for speed and ease of access to information
  • Using Marketing Administrator, Review and maintain all Marketing Media quality & Accuracy
    • PowerPoint, Cut-sheets, Catalogue, Toolkit, Website etc.
      • Review Product Categories and Details with the Dir. Of Tech Sales for alignment
      • Quote Template pictures
  • Responsible for the “Customer Experience”
    • Dyco visits such as Factory Acceptance Tests for equipment purchases
      • Utilize resources to ensure the customer is always attended to during a visit
      • Utilize resources to ensure we have a welcoming atmosphere
      • Communicate visit schedules to the company
  • Monthly Reporting
    • Using resources, Sales Admin/Marketing Admin, ensure weekly reports are run
      • Marketing reporting
      • Bookings reports and other CRM data to complete the Sales Report.
      • Ensure Sales Manager is receiving the Sales report the first week of the month.
  • Trade Show Management
    • Identify and discuss tradeshows we should or shouldn’t be attending.
    • Manage Trade Shows utilizing Marketing Administrator
      • Shows we attend
      • Shows we are not exhibiting but are attending.
      • Preparation and execution
        • Trade show forms,
        • Discussing needed resources with the Sales Manager
        • Facilitating and managing meetings
    • Entertain and meet with clients to build relationships during shows
  • Train all staff, as appropriate to their position, on presentation materials, organization of materials, newly added material, and data entry for completion of customer visits, tracking logs in CRM or otherwise.
  • Continually analyze and improve Quality processes, procedures, and forms.
    • Create and maintain structure of Quality forms and procedures
    • Ensure processes are easy to follow and provide value to the organization
