• Manage Production Department
  • Receive and review Dyco orders and priorities, and schedule and coordinate multiple jobs in a dynamic, demanding, fast paced environment.
  • Scheduling and prioritizing orders through individual work centers to efficiently hit deadlines.
  • Research, analyze, and evaluate job costs of orders to understand impact to schedule, deadlines, and budget.
  • Managing and solving problems throughout the manufacturing and assembly process to keep orders on schedule, within budget, and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate and work with all departments as necessary to keep orders on schedule, within budget, and meet deadlines.
  • Recommend, implement, and enforce solutions, procedures, and methods to improve quality and productivity as a result of post job analysis.
  • Analyze production and individual work center capacity and make adjustments as necessary to meet production demands (ie, hire, overtime, cross training, extending shifts, adding shifts, etc.). 
  • Evaluate and establish effective plans to manage and optimize space requirements for assembly projects.
  • Review, manage, and ensure proper labor and job cost reporting.
  • Interview and hire quality employees.
  • Conduct regular, structured employee evaluations to effectively evaluate and develop a trained staff.
  • Establish, communicate, and enforce all personnel policies.
  • Order tools, equipment, supplies, etc., as required.
  • Ensure accurate tool and supply inventories.
  • Implement and enforce appropriate preventive maintenance on all equipment.
  • Identify, evaluate, and solve equipment and maintenance problems.
  • Work with General Manager and Finance Department Manager to establish and manage annual department budget.
  •  Good time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  •  A strong personality and ability to effectively manage stress.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
  • High level of initiative and drive. 
  •  Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field.
  • 3-5 years of management experience preferred
