Automatic Gaylord and Tote Loading with Soldier Stacked Arrays
Dyco’s Automatic Gaylord and Tote Loading with Soldier Stacked Arrays provides high accuracy of bottle placement to maximize your pack out. The system shown comes with two robots – a smaller robot to build arrays on a row-forming table and a larger robot to pick and place partial arrays from the table into the gaylord or tote. Meanwhile, our multi-purpose head tooling places a slipsheet on top of the completed layer.

Automatic Gaylord and Tote Loading Options
Dyco’s Lid Applicator automatically picks a lid from the dunnage bin and drops the lid onto the completed gaylord or tote. An alarm alerts the operator if the lid is not fully applied.
For operations looking to eliminate the need for a dedicated squeeze truck, Dyco’s Half-High Pallet, Gaylord, and Tote Stacker provides the ideal solution. The system automatically stacks smaller pallets, gaylords, or totes to full trailer height.
Accurately insert slipsheets for layer separation to prevent product damage inside the gaylord or tote during shipment with Dyco’s Slipsheet Inserting solution. The industrial robotic arm provides high accuracy for precise slipsheet pick and placement.
Add Dyco’s Gaylord and Tote Squaring feature for added stability during the gaylord or tote loading process. Our squaring ring squares the gaylord or tote on the conveyor and holds it in place so that bottles are loaded in a stable manner.
