Dyco’s Automatic Full-Array Case or Box Palletizing system works with a wide variety of shapes and sizes of cases, boxes or Spot-Paks to increase line throughput and decrease labor costs. The unique, multi-purpose, split-clamp head tool picks up and places full layers of products for a high-speed palletizing solution.

Array Forming for Case or Box Palletizing
A feature of Dyco’s Automatic Full-Array Case or Box Palletizing system allows you to configure your optimal array of cases, boxes or Spot-Paks for palletizing using the HMI interface. Once the desired orientation is pre-programmed, the products enter a section of conveyor – one at a time – and are slid or rotated into place to begin forming a stable array for easy shipment.
Automatic Row-Picking Case or Box Palletizing
Dyco’s Automatic Row-Picking Case or Box Palletizing system accepts upright full rectangular or square cases, boxes or Spot-Paks on a single-lane conveyor. The patented, multi-purpose head tooling picks pallets, slipsheets, and full rows of cases, boxes or Spot-Paks to palletize into a full stack. The completed stack of product exits the palletizing cell where a lift truck easily transports to its next destination.

Automatic Box Palletizing for Bulk Boxes
Dyco offers an Automatic Box Palletizing solution specifically for Bulk Boxes. Our system tightly stacks boxes to full trailer height and maintains stability throughout the process. Boxes are stacked directly onto a pallet or slip sheet and then banded or stretch-wrapped for easy transport.

Automatic Case or Box Palletizing Options
Utilize a Stretch Wrapper to provide additional stability for unstable loads. The integrated stretch wrapper applies stretch wrap following the palletizing of a couple of layers to stabilize the load as it builds.
Incorporate Dyco’s Flap Folder to close open flaps on cases or boxes. This aids in the palletizing of closed cases or boxes for the proper placement of a top cap to enclose a full stack of products.
Automatic Nested Case or Box Palletizing
Stack cases or boxes in a nested flap pattern with Dyco’s Automatic Nested Case or Box Palletizing. Our system tightly stacks cases or boxes flaps to full trailer height while maintaining stability. The top case or box is often inverted to fully capture all the containers and then the unit is horizontally banded.

Flap Conditioner
To prepare cases or boxes for palletizing in nested flap patterns, Dyco’s Flap Conditioner comes as an added feature of our Automatic Nested Case or Box Palletizing solution. The flap conditioner closes the minor flaps and conditions the major flaps to stack boxes in full-high, half-high, full-width, or half-width units.
