Blow Mold Take-Aways
Nissei™ Blow Mold Take-Away
Dyco’s Robotic Nissei™ Blow Mold Take-Away takes bottles and outputs them onto an integrated exit conveyor in an upright orientation. The flexible end-of-arm tooling has the capability to remove up to two rows of bottles from the blow mold at a time.
Dyco’s cost-effective Servo Nissei™ Blow Mold Take-Away takes bottles and outputs them onto an integrated exit conveyor in an upright orientation. Using proprietary technology, Dyco can also extend the reach of the arm without extending the system’s footprint.
- Mobile, self-contained units for easy movement between blow molders
- Quick change and flexible tooling for easy product changeovers

PET Blow Mold Take-Away
Dyco’s PET Blow Mold Take-Away, mounted inside the machine, takes bottles from blow molders and outputs them upright onto a table top exit conveyor. The system engages the containers once they have been transferred from the star wheel onto the cooling plate and then transfers them onto the conveyor. Dyco’s double-sided Bottle Throttle™ maintains bottle orientation in an upright position.
- Designed and sized to fit inside blow molders
- Variable-frequency drive included for easy belt speed adjustments
- Double-sided Bottle Throttle™ includes hand crank height and width adjustments for frequent and precise changeovers
Uniloy™ Blow Mold Take-Away
Dyco’s Pick and Place Uniloy™ Blow Mold Take-Away mounts onto an existing cooling bed and directly interfaces with Uniloy™ controls. The self-contained unit takes oriented containers, in rows, from a cooling bed and transfers them into buckets onto an indexing trimming conveyor. If trimmer buckets are not clear, the system places moldings aside into bins to avoid shutdown.
Dyco’s Screw Uniloy™ Blow Mold Take-Away accepts round, untrimmed containers. Once the containers are placed on the screw, the screw rotates which conveys and uprights the containers. The containers are then transferred onto an existing split conveyor.
- Easily adapted for a wide variety of bottle shapes and sizes
- Further automates Uniloy™ blow molding operation
- Decades of experience, combined with state-of-the-art engineering, ensures meeting your operation’s objectives

Aoki™ Blow Mold Take-Away
Dyco’s Aoki™ Blow Mold Take-Away removes fresh bottles from Aoki™ style blow molders and outputs them upright onto a single-file, table top exit conveyor. The system comes available with quick change tooling for multiple products.
- Optional casters provide easy relocation between multiple molding lines
- Precision servos and bearings provide accurate and consistent bottle drop off without damage or deformation
- Easily programmable for more than 100 different recipes of bottle sizes and configurations

Bekum™ Robotic Vision Guided Blow Mold Take-Away
Increase versatility and decrease costs as compared to a descrambler with Dyco’s Robotic Vision Guided Blow Mold Take-Away for Bekum™ and other blow molders. The system accepts randomly oriented plastic containers from a bulk conveyor using highly accurate industrial robotic tooling for bottle pick and placement.
- Built-in accumulation handles minor stoppages without shutting down the blow molder
- Gross product deformation detection and ejection system sorts misshaped bottles
- Change products with a simple-to-use HMI interface
- Efficient and fast orienting of multiple product combinations with a single system

Variable Height Blow Mold Take-Away
Specially designed to remove containers from Sipa™, Sidel™, Uniloy™ Injection Molding, and other blow molders that present bottles with various discharge heights, Dyco’s Variable Height Blow Mold Take-Away takes those bottles and places them onto a single file, table top conveyor.
- Moves bottles of variable heights out of molder and onto a table top conveyor in an upright orientation
- Optional vacuum mechanism below table top stabilizes bottles and prevents back ups
- Hydraulic or manual lift options available to meet customer needs

Custom Blow Mold Take-Away Solutions
Dyco has offered many custom solutions for customers with specific needs. In this case, our customer in the beverage industry had to move a high temperature bottle with orientation and flashing challenges. Dyco provided a high temperature conveyor to allow the container to cool, and a robotic solution to properly manage the container into the trimmer infeed.
