Dyco’s tumble pack gaylord and tote loading with multiple gates readily sorts bottles into gaylords or totes based on an operator-controlled count. The multiple gating system allows for multiple gaylord or tote loading stations and enables operators to perform other tasks during the loading process.

High-Speed Tumble Pack Gaylord and Tote Loading with Indexing Gaylords or Totes
Dyco’s high-speed tumble pack gaylord and tote loading with indexing gaylords or totes readily sorts bottles using only one gate. The conveyor moves the gaylords or totes into place for loading, thus allowing operators to perform other tasks during the process.

Tumble Pack Soft-Set Gaylord and Tote Loading
Gently place bottles, caps, or spouts directly into a gaylord or tote with Dyco’s Tumble Pack Soft-Set Gaylord and Tote Loading system. Our solution lowers a bucket into the gaylord or tote to minimize product damage. Two buckets and one gate are used during the loading process – as one bucket fills, the other dumps, thus enabling no stoppage of flow along the line.
- Minimizes product damage by gently dumping bottles, caps, or spouts into a gaylord or tote

Tumble Pack Preform Gaylord and Tote Loading
Dyco’s Tumble Pack Preform Gaylord and Tote Loading system provides easy transport, storage, and preform loading into a blow molder or descrambler. The system is capable of loading multiple products at the same time.

Tumble Pack Gaylord and Tote Loading Options
Dyco’s Lid Applicator automatically picks a lid from the dunnage bin and drops the lid onto the completed gaylord or tote. An alarm alerts the operator if the lid is not fully applied.
